FAQ

What are your hours of operation?
We may be in the studio throughout the whole week, however we are open by appointment. Please contact us for any information.

Do you accept walk-ins?
Sessions can be in progress during various times of the day. Our goal is to ensure every session goes uninterrupted and clients get our full attention. If you would like to speak with us about services or our products please contact us to arrange an appointment. Unfortunately, we are not set up to do walk-in photo session.

What is the first step to booking a portrait session?
The first thing you need to do is contact us! Then we can schedule a one-on-one portrait planning session. What is a planning session? Is where we can get you know you better! We believe it is important to us that our photography studio is the right match for you. We are able to create a session specific to your wishes, and exceed your expectations. During your planning session, you will learn about all the great things we have to offer you! Sessions are scheduled during or after your portrait planning.

When should I schedule my session?
Permitting we have the date available, you can schedule your session any time you want to, even if it's a year in advance! All we require is a down payment to hold your session date.

How do you take payments?
According to our policy guidelines a 50% retainer fee is to be mailed within 7 days of scheduling your session with us. We then ask that you please be prepared to pay for the remaining amount of your session fee at the beginning of the session. We bring a receipt of payment along with client contract agreement. We will accept cash, check, and credit/debit. The retainer fee is non-refundable, however if you should be unable to attend your session and provide us with 48 hours notice, we will issue a transferable gift certificate for you or a friend.

What happens if it rains the day of our shoot?
If it rains on the day of your shoot, we can reschedule for another day. Alternatively, we can move your session to an indoor location so we don't have to mess with Mr. Raincloud. If it's just a little gloomy, we can often still shoot outdoors without a problem. In fact, cloud coverage makes for some gorgeous photographs.

What if we need to reschedule?
If for any reason you are unable to make your scheduled appointment please call us at 678.226.7999 to reschedule with 48 hour advance notice to avoid a $50 rescheduling fee.

What happens if my child freaks out?
This is a completely normal fear and we get it. Kids are unpredictable and sometimes a temper tantrum is inevitable. When this happens, we will simply take a little break, allow you to calm your child down by talking/feeding/playing and then take the appropriate steps to easing back into the session. We will never force photos or send you on your way. That's a promise!

Can I share the photos on social media?
Of course. We love it when people share our photographs. We just ask that you don't crop out our logo and that you link to our webpage when possible.

Do you do mini sessions?
Stevi Clack Photography hosts several mini sessions throughout the year and we'd love to have you sign up for one! We typically do holiday mini sessions, which make for great holiday greeting cards. Stay up to date by subscribing to our email list, checking out our blog on the regular or by "following" us on Facebook and Instagram.

Do You Give Discounts for Referrals?
We do! If you send a client our way and they book a session, we'll provide you with either a $50 printing credit or 20% off your next session package.

Do you offer payment plans?
We can arrange that a payment plan! When you place your order you can have the option to set up a payment into three installments. We will secure your order by credit card, and you may pick up your order after the final payment has been received.

Can we get all the images from our session?
Our images are captured in a raw color format. After our shoot, I handpick the final images from the session and work with each selection to bring it to its full potential. These final images are then presented to you in a stunning slideshow/ordering session….Most clients receive between 20 and 60 images in their online gallery from our time together.

Can we take our pictures on the railroad tracks?
Unfortunately, no. “We see photographers do it all the time.” It is illegal and dangerous. We do not like to put your life at risk, and we do not want a $6,000 fine. Roughly every three hours in the U.S., a person or vehicle is hit by a train. -Operation Lifesaver
